Royal Enfield Launches First Authorised Service Centre to Enhance UK Rider Support
The first official Royal Enfield Authorised Service Centre opened in Chichester at Mono Motorcycles on the 29th March.
Royal Enfield is looking to open further Authorised Service Centres across the UK, in a strategic rollout focusing on providing owners with service options reached in a reasonable time and distance from home.
Royal Enfield, the world’s oldest motorcycle manufacturer in continuous production, has announced the opening of its first dedicated Authorised Service Centre (ASC) in the UK, with a dedicated bay for Royal Enfield customers.
Starting with the partnership with Mono Motorcycles in Chichester, further service centres are planned to open strategically across the UK, supporting areas with limited nearby official dealership presence. This new approach enables Royal Enfield owners easier access to authorised servicing, with the initiative representing a significant first for the brand, and a convenient option for owners.
Regular servicing & maintenance appointments, plus warranty and recall related jobs, can all be booked to take place at these authorised centres, ensuring riders do not have to travel far to receive the official Royal Enfield treatment. Genuine Royal Enfield Parts will be used, with certified technicians all trained on the Royal Enfield line-up.
Owners are highly recommended to follow the given service intervals, with brand-new Royal Enfield motorcycles requiring an initial service at 300 miles or 45 days, followed by platform-dependent service intervals. This is every 3,000 miles or 6 months on the 350cc J-Series platform, 6,000 miles or 1 year on the 450cc Sherpa, and 4,660 miles or one year on the 650cc twin platform.
The opening of these Authorised Service Centres is a convenient solution for all owners, providing them with expert advice by RE trained technicians, and a place to carry out periodical maintenance, plus warranty and recall jobs.
After-sales advice for Royal Enfield owners can be found here: Royal Enfield UK website.
Critically, this ensures that all owners can easily adhere to the recommended service intervals, which is essential for guaranteeing the safety, durability, and longevity of the motorcycle, and supporting residual value if ever looking to trade-in for a new Royal Enfield motorcycle.
George Cheeseman, Royal Enfield UK Country Manager, stated:
We are delighted to welcome Mono Motorcycles as our very first Authorised Service Centre. This initiative further demonstrates our commitment to Royal Enfield riders, making sure we provide accessible, quality service right across the country. With this first appointment, we now look forward to adding, strategically, additional Authorised Service Centres, in areas where our riders most need them.

About Royal Enfield
The oldest motorcycle brand in continuous production, Royal Enfield has created beautifully crafted motorcycles since 1901. From its British roots, a manufacturing plant was established in Madras in 1955, a foothold from which Royal Enfield spearheaded the growth of India’s mid-sized two-wheeler segment. Royal Enfields are engaging, uncomplicated, accessible and fun to ride; a vehicle for exploration and self-expression. It’s an approach the brand calls Pure Motorcycling.
Royal Enfield’s premium line-up includes Bear 650, Classic 650, Guerrilla 450 modern roadster, Hunter 350, Meteor 350, Super Meteor 650, Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 twins, the Shotgun 650, the new Himalayan adventure tourer, the Scram 440 ADV Crossover, the iconic Bullet 350, Classic 350 and Goan Classic 350. The company recently unveiled its new city+ motorcycle brand – the Flying Flea – a fresh take on urban mobility, blending authentic design with advanced technology.
Riders and a passionate community are fostered with a rich profusion of events at a local, regional and international level. Most notable are Motoverse (previously Rider Mania), an annual gathering of thousands of Royal Enfield enthusiasts in Goa, and Himalayan Odyssey; a yearly pilgrimage over some of the toughest terrain and highest mountain passes.
A division of Eicher Motors Limited, Royal Enfield operates through more than 2000 stores across all major cities and towns in India and through nearly 850 stores in more than 60 countries around the globe. Royal Enfield also has two world-class technical centres, in Bruntingthorpe, UK, and in Chennai, India. The company’s two state-of-the-art production facilities are located at Oragadam and Vallam Vadagal, near Chennai.
